Policies

Refunds: If for any reason your are not completely satisfied with your products, you may return them within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund.

Shipping & shipping charges: We use UPS exclusively for our shipping. Most orders will be shipped with two business days (some delays might occur during the holidays). If there is a delay in shipping, you will be notified promptly via email. Shipping charges are approximate. Actual charges will be computed upon order confirmation.

Damaged Shipments: If your package is received damaged, refuse delivery and notify us within 48 hours of receipt in order to place a claim. All boxes, packing materials and products must be kept intact in order to process your claim. Failure to follow these procedures could result in denial of your claim. Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Money Order or personal check. If paying by money order or personal check, product will ship upon receipt.

Sale Tax: All Florida residents will be charged a 6.75% sales tax on purchases.

Returned Checks: $25 fee for all returned checks
